  We came to visit your establishment last Saturday. We received the giftcard as a Christmas present. The service at the bar was good, but the service in the theater was terrible. It took a very long time to get someone to attend to us.
  We were there 15 minutes before the movie started. After inquiring about our food that had taken more than 45 minutes it finally came and it came incorrectly. The attendant did not come back for another 15 minutes. We had to wait for our check after the movie was over.
  I will not be returning to your venue unless you make it worth our while.
  It's a shame because it is such a nice establishment.
